Do I have to leave the Church, if my God-given conscience is telling me that some Church doctrines is immoral?

I feel exactly the same way you do. I believe in God, but I think religion is man-made and destructive. You can leave the church without leaving your faith behind. You can find a church that better suits your beliefs...or you can skip church and pray/worship/etc. on your own.
