Help! Any Advise Please?? What to do!?

Ok,so i had a serious relationship with this boy and i miss him so much! I think about him day and night,i dream about him and everything. When we last actually talked to each other,he told me he was moving to Flordia. I thought he was lieing the fact that he always play around like that and stuff. So anyway,one night,i was at a friends house and me and her were prank calling people,so we pranked called him (house phone) but,his house phone doesn't accept blocked numbers. So we unblocked the number and i asked her to ask for him. So when his brother picked up and she asked for him,he said that he had moved to Flordia. I was bumed and had no idea he was actually telling the truth. We haven't talked every since and i just wanna hear his voice. He called me restricted sometime this month (i think it was) and so i picked up,but we didnt talk like that ): he also had texted me from a 404 number so i guess he's back in atlanta but im not sure because I HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING IN CONTACT WITH HIM!
