What would this SAT essay be scored as?

I would most likely give an 8 on this essay because it has some good contentions but the introduction and ending are not strong enough. Also, it was not introduced well either. The topic was not direct in the end of the introduction. Also, there are some grammatical errors that are very noticeable within the essay. However, your political knowledge does have a convincing standpoint on the topic presented above.
