How can i make my restricted aprilia rs 50 faster?

i know that you can de-restrict it and that, but could someone please tell me how i could make it go like 45mph without taking it to a garage(basically no soldering) and without it being noticable if you look at it, and how much do you think it would cost to do because iv spend most of my money and the bike and the insurance...? thx :)
