Good website for making playlists?

I'd like to add a playlist to my website on weebly.com , so I need a good website that allows playlists to be made. It also has to have the option to randomize, so don't suggest grooveshark. Also, I live in Canada, so don't suggest playlist.com either since that's US restricted. Thanks (=
