Joke#3: What is the joke here (Please read!)?

Nice joke, but Heaven having rows of writers chained to desks? Being whipped? Overheated room? That is very unlikely. I mean writers don't need to be whipped. The literary art of writing that stirs the mind doesn't need whipping.
