Low carb lunches & snacks you can eat with your hands?

I don't like to cook, so when I wasn't low-carbing, most choices were things like sandwiches and pretzels and things that do not require much or any cooking, and do not need utensils to eat. I am single and find it not worth the time to cook something for 30 minutes and eat it in 5. I am having a hard time staying on a low carb diet, and one reason I feel is I am not substituting "like" low carb for my ex-high carb. I am looking for suggestions for low carb lunches and snacks that take less than 15 minutes to throw together, microwave or no cooking, and I can eat with my hands (I am a merciless multi-tasker and most likely need to type at the same time, or write, etc.) I have ADD and if it takes too long I probably won't try it. Any suggestions?
